Isn't it funny how people try to get things going. There are not enough employees in C3 to get this really going, people are too afraid that someone will find out who they are. Surprising considering employees seem to be dropping like flies.

If you were on payback, like I'm hearing most of the U.K. is, wouldn't that, in effect, be a negative commission?

I heard all managers are suppose to get 4% minimum, but some managers are getting under 4%. Area managers are increasing their paycheck by lowering the personal expenses in their respective area; a new manager will never have the guts to dispute this with them! All level 3 and up are a bunch of thieves taking advantage of the other employees (Level 1 & 2).

When we used to do payplans for a new manager we would target a dollar amount of monthly commission based on the branches profit history, then figure out the % that would get them there. Don't assume you are getting hosed. ( you probably are ) Just for the fun of it, ask how they do the math in your group.

Yes, but it doesn't impact your measly salary (thank god). You carry your negative commission balance forward until your positive commissions get you even, then it shows up in your payroll. That is, unless you quit or get fired first for poor profit performance.
