We all know 99 looks at this...why don't we use this board for constructive crticism...

Erac is what you make it. There is obviously a lack of leadership, training and unity in c3. I've even noticed the decline since I started (not too long ago...). For instance- what happened to quarterly meetings??

1- Why did they remove one phase from training for MTs? If you wanna be cheap, make the groups bigger. We need more training, not less.

2- How many people have a meantor that makes an effort (for more than a month after your hired). Is there not set goals for mentors in terms of how much training they provide?

3- Excuse my language - fucking hire some people!!! Its really not that hard...
ps: I've had a couple referrals and I was NOT impressed by the recruiting department - consitering our current staffing crisis you think they could hire one person a month even...

4- Please correct me if I'm wrong - AMs make about 75k a year. BMs make 45-50k, AMs make 35-40k.

I know the last one was pretty random but I wanna know....

Correction: AM`s make between 50 and 70k BM's between 35 and 50k and AM`s 30 to 40k.
I was a manager and made 40k. That sucks... Went to a different company made 70k first year with a 40 hour week.

This is definitely more realistic. There are some ABRM's at "good" branches that make more than BRM's at shitty locations. I've seen a BRM's pay stub not far off an MT's, after all the regular OT the MT had put in.

I made more as an assistant Manager then Manager. Should have stayed an AM. Went to a shitty branch working in the cold for peanuts.
