Man, he lives by the company structure and the 'founding values', doesn't he? |

| Wonder how long till somebody realizes that most of this stuff is true and they start comming down on him. We've got better things to do than make shit up! We are just trying to right what is wrong with the company and save those poor souls that are under TB's shitty reign so that they don't have to go through what we did |

| You betcha! Even tho I'm gone, I get the inside scoop. They have been cleaning house on the Canadian Corporate team. Guess they feel the need to re-invent the wheel! Dwight Miller is a clean up man and will clean house to make the $$'s for himself. Is it because they knew too much of the crap going on in the groups and not doing anything about it...like marketing folks making promises to the bodyshops & insurance companies that they can't deliver? |

| TB visits this site... I know this for a fact because my area manager warned me not to get caught posting on it... OUUUUUHHHHH. Funny how Enterlies thinks that they can control what their employee's to at home too, because everyone knows that they would never let their employee's read all the shit that comes across this page. Bothfeld should've canned TD immediately, should've been his first move as a GM... and then, if not immediately, sometime before poor Scotty B got forced out... If he would've canned him, so many employee's would've stuck around. Another thing I couldn't figure out is how the fuck DD became a GRM... It seems as though Enterlies is notorious for promoting people that are sincerely fuckin hated... Really who has ever in their career said that they enjoyed DD or TB as managers... They are both fuckin jokes.. TB deserves what is coming to him more than anyone... he has lied to many many people... personally and professionaly... he has stepped on and trampled whoever it has taken to get where he is... he is an habitual line stepper, to the point where if people didn't live in fear of him (for some strange reason) he would've been ratted out a long time ago. He carries zero business ethics, he speaks to his people as if they are his fuckin slaves, he has no leadership skills (obviously), he lies, cheats, fudges numbers, talks behind everyone's back... how many times have you heard that a certain area manager in 4N was on the chopping block... Anyway, unregisteredforareason... I would love to hear what you hear, just so I know the odds of him getting canned... I know for a fact that one recent manager that walked had shared a lot of information with HR, SB, and other employee's concerning the shit that TB spread... I would love to hear where D. Miller stands with all this... |

| Why was the reason Bothfeld left, same for MacNair (VP Canadian Marketing) at Corporate? Don't you think the Controllers & Business Analysts can see right through the numbers game from month to month? Miller is a 2faced, lying piece of crap as well. My best guess is that he is totally cleaning house and there will be a major reoganization. But then again, why work for ERAC and all those long hours for the measley pay when you can go elsewhere in Canada and work less hours making more money. That's why retention is so low, and new hires are hard to come by. |

| I agree... these employees need to get it in their heads that they are good enough to work anywhere... If you can work at Enterlies, you have the work ethic and communication skills necessary to work in any industry... People who work for Enterlies are a dedicated bunch... any company would be glad to have you!!! Quit and save yourself a whole bunch of bullshit, unhappiness, time, money, have a personal life, not hate the working world, and the list goes on... Bottom line is, you are never gonna like upper management regardless of where you work, but wouldn't rather work for people who are not going to take advantage of you, your time, your work ethic, so that they become richer and richer... that's the only reason why they push so hard... not because they care about you or your future... just quit, trust me, there is not a better feeling than driving past your local Enterlies branch and knowing that you NEVER have to go back in there and deal with the people, complaints, managers and all the bullshit that goes along with it ever again!!!! |
