I am gone from that shit box company as well, and I agree with the last post. no contacts there, but TB is not only a douche but the smell that is reason why a douche is necessary!!!

He carries zero business ethics, he speaks to his people as if they are his fuckin slaves, he has no leadership skills (obviously), he lies, cheats, fudges numbers, talks behind everyone's back... how many times have you heard that a certain area manager in 4N was on the chopping block...

Anyway, unregisteredforareason... I would love to hear what you hear, just so I know the odds of him getting canned... I know for a fact that one recent manager that walked had shared a lot of information with HR, SB, and other employee's concerning the shit that TB spread... I would love to hear where D. Miller stands with all this...
DD got hired because of TB. They worked together and in the same office no less back in C1.

Does anybody know if there is going to be one of those fantastic, motivating, not a waste of time or money, retreats to the Tom Norton's Camp this year? Make sure everyone has there Quad books EXACTLY how TB wants them or else, they may fall victim to an ugly bald mans temper tantrum. They could get thrown into the wall... so motivating.

WAH!!! WAH!!! WAH!!! WAH!!! I WANT THINGS DONE MY WAY!!!! WAH WAH WAH!!!!! Bring some kleenex for the little baby too, and someone please bring TB's night light. We all know he is scared of the dark, and he needs to get his sleep or else there will be more of WAH!!! WAH!!! WAH!!! WAH!!! and people will be up all night listening to the 40 year old baby crying...

And someone needs to record those classy conversations by the fire pit.

"I'd do her if she was working for me!"
"I don't care if you're doing her, just don't let me find out from the wrong person."

This retreat is usually good for some good old ERAC disgraces, so if they are going back again, someone please bring a camera... we've had GRM run in the water in their bra and panties, area managers barfing all over the place, kissing, running off to screw, etc etc etc...

I think that this was initiated with some sort of team building experience in mind between the managers, department heads, etc... basically, it's a big load of shit, like all these ECARS functions...

I believe it is mandatory for all branch managers... basically it's another way for the people who bleed green to show off, and the people who don't get to look bad in front of them... TB gets to see all the women managers drink a little bit, get a little bit flirty, and add some excitment to his exciting life as a 12 year old 40 year old guy...

Again, HR should be made aware of these!!!! This has to stop.

I think I'd be pretty stupid to say HR doesn't have a clue what's going on. I'm sure they are well aware. HR doesn't have the authority to fire a level 3 without some kind of Level 4 consent. I'm sure they've just been brushing it off for years because nobody sees it. Sounds like it's all gonna blow up in his face pretty soon.

HR knows what's going on, KM is good at what she does, considering she is all by herself dealing with all the shit that she does. Look at her position, it's like she is trying her best to babysit all these retarded GRM's and ARM's...

The other reason why nothing gets done, is because no one verbally shares information directly with KM, and I know this for a fact. She cannot do her job on hear say, she needs concrete documentation, which I again know for a fact that she has, but to fire a level III (depsite being a retarded level III), it's like the other person said, it takes a fair bit of documentation and timing.

Do unto others... I hope when they fire TB, they can combine all the methods he used to fire the people he did... especially JP, maybe they could time it just before TB takes his family on holidays, then take the company vehicle right out from under him, and give him a ride home, and boot his ass out the door...

Anyone hear anything new about the city ARM... I noticed that there hasn't been any BR talk lately... has gotten any straighter, or is he still interested in men?
