Hey now, lay off BR. He's from C5. The greatest group in the world. All the managers have the greatest growth and income numbers ever. That must mean that all of the best managers come from that group... doesn't it?

So now-a-days, who is the next manager or area manager to leave or get canned? I heard ES from the north is close to getting pushed out of her career, for the 50th time. How is this ever going to happen, who know's with the numbers she has, regardless of retention???

Reading all those comments, I'm so happy I left this company. There is alot of other jobs out there, better and more rewarding. When you work in a company where the oldest person is 35 years old there is a problem.
The corporate guys that are 50+ are either gay or recovering alcoholics. The only care for themselves and not the employees… they will throw a trip to Orlando and happy hours to cover it up. I really believe Enterprise should start a Union, this way management would probably listen bit more to what you guys have to say.

I had the displeasure of working for ES a while back, and I think it's a great thing for her to get the boot. Definitely time!!! Wish that would have happened a long time ago, maybe I would have stayed there longer if she wouldn't have been around. She was such an irritating person. Crap rolls downhill though, and TB reeked of it. Time for an upper management cleanup in 4N.

all you jerks that still work for Enterprise... what the hell are you wasting your time and life for???!!?! Ask what your family and friends really think about what you give to a bunch of selfish, inconsiderate, upper management, wanna be important corporate people? These jerk-o$* like TB and DD, not to mention pretty much all the area managers would not last a day in upper management in a company that people actually respected... ah ah ah well, ah your car is still getting it's oil done, and it should be done soon... ah ah well ah, yeah you need CDW... ah ah ah well ah ah um, sorry your car isn't hear, I know you booked one weeks ago, but ah um... Even you managers, do you think that people that come into your office, actually respect what you are doing? They're like "big fuckin deal you're the manager of a rental agency, and you're the manager of a business that can't book or hold a reservation...

No one respects what you do, to anywhere near the extent that they should, and that will never change... GET OUT WHILE YOU ARE STILL YOUNG!!! If you get fired when you're in your thirties, you're fucked... there is going to be people that are younger, more skilled and more eager getting the jobs, that you should've been getting when you were 25, 26, 27, rather than wasting your life away for a bunch of no-it-all, power hungry, perverts... who only think about that commision cheque at the end of the day, and push you to make it bigger and bigger, yet your commision cheque is shit for what you all do... Really quit... it is really really worth it...

Well where do we all want to start now. I would like to see some more employee's to add some threads, and shed some light on what's going on, specifically.

We know all the bullshit that goes on anyway, but some new crap on the greatest manager in history TB, or some new shit on managers and area managers.

Who's the next manager to tell ERAC to fuck off... Who's TB's new puppy...

We need to get all the people back in here that were screwed around by TB to tell the whole story. Get those stories out on this board and get his ass out the door!
