fuck off... "plan accordingly and strategically..." You're fuckin retarded, honestly... Unless you have Menotti planning strategically for you, it won't make a lick of difference, and even she might not have the power... trust me on that!!!! I heard of people sharing shit "up hill" to Menotti and Bothfeld and they were totally in the dark about it... Document what you want on your area manager, it doesn't matter unless you have your GRM hating them too... They'll turn the story around on your sorry ass, and it'll look like insubordination, and your sorry ass will be gone... look at ES, retention of 32.6 % in her career, has never actually fired anybody (ARM's and BRM's did all the work), ask anyone of her employee's what she has done for their career... yet the years roll by and the $$$ rolls in, because of the strong staff the north has seen over the years... at this point, for her to get canned, it'll be quite the severance, probably even more than the last area manager they took care of in the north... She's laughin'...

I don't think having ES there for that long is a record I would want to brag about.

At the risk of a thrashing, I'm gonna say it anyways. Go easy on ES. She can play the same card as alot of people. The no training/no leadership card(but she doesn't) Look at what she's had to deal with during her ARM career. Attitude reflects leadership. And she hasn't been givin' any type of leadership from TB And even if she had great ideas to keep the north moving.. do you think TB would let her run her own area the way she wants to? Not bloody likely. I can't defend everything she does, but I guaran-fuckin'tee you that if she was the sole decision maker, managers like RC and BS would still be around. Don't shoot the messanger. She's only playing the hand she's dealt

To my friend that thinks ES is "playing the hand she's dealt..." ES is no more than the greatest puppet in ERAC history. Yes sir, yes sir, OK sir, great idea boss, I'll do it, you guys should do this... all the ERAC crap that they feed you at those team building retreats, and manager meetings, she's the one who will repeat those great ideas to her employees over and over, rather than sharing something with substance with her employee's. Plus, she can't think for her goddamn self anymore anyway. Watch Erin for a few days before she has to talk to one of her employee's... She writes a scrpit... Ask her employee's what the conversations go like. All they are, are her reading her little notes that TB told her to say, and other BS lines that she's gotten over the years. Your right that she's not the sole decision maker, because if she was, things would be 10 times worse. And she hasn't done anything in the north... DS is a AM that does stuff, how many branches has he opened, what is his retention, how many of his employees would work there ass off for him... it's like comparing an 300 to a Rio... it just isn't even close... So fuck that... she's as useless as a tit on a nun...

I never said she was a good manager. All I'm saying is the only boss she's ever had as an ARM is TB (with exception to B.O for like 2 months). And you're right, she just spits back what TB tells her to. But can you blame her? Within a month he had JP fired because he didn't listen to his bullshit. If she didn't listen, she would have been fired long ago. I'll entertain the fact that IF she could have made her own decisions, it wouldn't have been any better, or probably worse, but she never had the chance to. That's my point. If somebody is gonna be a screw up, atleast let them do it on their own accord, then there's no excuses.
