Seriously. Just do the math. Take your pay check and divide it by the number of hours that you worked. And don't give me the whole opportunities bullshit line. There's always somebody ahead of you. I could understand if you were putting in the hours once in a while to complete a goal, but ERAC puts it on you to work those hours, and if you don't, or complain, you are at the bottom of the food chain. Honest to God, can you really look yourself in the mirror for the rest of your life saying "i rent cars for a living"? My favorite line of all time has always been. "I made this much last month... not bad for renting cars" Yeah that's right, It's not bad for renting cars. But it still sucks.

Well I heard that Joanne from 05 (the manager) looked at another loser area manager and pretty much told him to go F himself.

Put the key down and walked home-even refused to take a car------
It's begining, oh how glorious it would be if all the manager left and allowed all the upper management the opportunity to fail even more then they already are.

How much more pathetic can this company become, seriously people respect yourselves.

Let's start with TB. The list of people he screwed was accurate, you can add a second RL to the list but it's pretty good and take off BS, who should have been canned long before. The two faced comments he made about others after they left is accurate, for a while, he made a comment a day about RL after he left (properly as he got screwed over and lied to by three management levels), there were others but he was the most brutal with RL comments. TB has no idea what he is doing, he neeeds to adapt to the place where he lives. Big city ideas don't always work in smaller centers and he doesn't adapt or listen. JP told him that and he got fired (TB called it shady practices but not a thing changed in JP's region from that day until now, from what that regions guys tell me.)
ES is TB's puppet and will have a job as long as she does what TB tells her to, right or wrong. If he said take it in the ass from me, she'd do it in the name of ERAC. She truly has no clue..because she doesn't need to, TB runs the region for her. Anyone who stands up to him gets canned. ES is as fake as they come when it comes to caring for employees. She's fine as long as it doesn't affect her....she has never fired anyone, TB had to fire BS and it was for something that he needed to be fired for and ES (or anyone else) should have never had to think about it. She must have had a thing for BS..........

The North or C3 will never improve retention or morale until those two are gone.
