Default Really Must Say

Sounds like the island has a really unhappy employee who doesn't know how to spell or use letters in the upper case when appropriate. You should change that before someone figures out who you are because you dished out a lot of shit on some really good people who have been with the group for a long time.

Anyway, I really wanted to say what a great time it has been reading about all of your comments on this website and everything negative you have all had to say. All I have to say is why don't you have the balls or tits to come out and say these things at meetings? of course you can present them in a much nicer forum but they would get listened to. Your Area Managers and Group Admin staff will not listen to the shit posted here but they will if you bring it up on a proper format. It just shows me how many cowards I have working with me here, god it's embarrassing.

Get your shit together, if you're not happy let us know, we will do what we can to change that and if we can't, see you later and we will make room for the next person, because there is always some one willing to take your spot.

As for compensation in the group, compare the starting MT salary with any other retail sales position and get back to me with the positions that pay more at the entry level position, I believe you will be pleasantly surprised our MT program is quite reasonable for the work you are doing. Seriously, if you don't like it here get the fuck out of our way and go work for Budget or some other douche bag company because we don't need you like you need the paycheck.

I think this person (who originally posted this breakdown) got it right.

Quote:
In Canada the MT is guarenteed $32,500/year. At first glance, this looks like ok pay for someone starting a career after graduating from university. But if you breakdown the numbers, it becomes so depressing that employees may start to think about suicides.

Lets do a conservative breakdown based on the 52-week year, and working 52 hours per week.

regular pay - 40hrs X 52 wks = 2080 hrs/year X $10.50 = $21,840
overtime 1.5 - 8hrs X 52 wks = 416 hrs/year X $15.75 = $ 6,552
overtime 2.0 - 4hrs X 52 wks = 208 hrs/year X $21.00 = $ 4,368
-------------- ----------
2704 hrs/year $ 32,760

So, looking at the above numbers, if you worked at normal 40 hr work week, you would only be making $21,840/year. Did you spend 4-5 years in university and 10's of thousands of dollars in student loans to work in a job that would pay under $22,000/year if overtime is excluded?

Fuck, it's easy to see it's fucking Chrystal writng all this shit, just check out her emails, no flow, she can't spell, I think the shift button was missing from the keyboard the day she learned how to type. As for the resale picker upper from the C430 comment, are you fucking crazy? You think she is hot? Were you drunk? or at least high on crack? God I wouldn't touch her with a 10ft pole. Keep away from that one, she is absolutely repulsive.

As for the island, a few good eggs, but it was Amiana's area, enough said. He will fuck up his new area soon enough but he is TD's bitch so it won't matter, he will just get moved. I wouldn't mind going back to work there now, the mainland is no better off and the interior has it's promblems but it definately won't be any time soon if Barber's the new ARM. Should have got Parhar to go over before he quit, he's an asshole loser but he gets things done.

Oh well, sell up, run tight, love ESQi right Tim?

Love my long ass hours and gay ass paychecks.
