C4 a sinking ship?

Anyone out there agree that C4 is sucking right now? TD is an asshole, managers are getting paid less that MT’s, MT’s are dropping like flies (more than usual), stores are closing, a cheap ass holiday party, we can’t even afford to pay drivers anymore, and a model car for a Christmas gift? Are you serious? Looks like this bitch is being driven into the ground. Nice one Tim, I hope that Dwight is giving it to you good you arrogant chump.

AWWWW is Dwight Miller's ship sinking? He is after all a clean up man. He supposedly has cut personnel not only from his corporate team, but also in the field cause they aren't making money for HIM! Who else has he gotten rid of lately?

all these things are just knee jerk reaction because remarketing is not actually making money for the first time in who knows how long.. but again this company never really plans ahead much and just react to what is happening so in a few months time they'll probably start hiring drivers again. Since they'll find out most of the store outside of the lower mainland is not gonna run properly if they just have a few MTs and a car prep.. IMO cutting cost is not always the answer to profitability, just have to ride out the rough months and look plan ahead a bit.. but with some of the useless ARMs and BMs I can see why they have to do the cutting too...
