So anyone got dirt on why ppl are quitting

So I heard that there are quite a few BM quit over the last little while, anyone got any dirt? the one I'm surprise the most is GM, last I heard his branch is doing really well.. I guess that's just on the surface eh.

simple really. flip has gone away and managers are getting very little empathy from up above. in response to losing $120 flip over last year, we are told to collect gas ($5/car), watch drivers hours ($10/car) and "run a smart business". like we were not trying that in the first place. and lastly and most importantly the culture has changed from fun and exciting to an oppressive dictatorship where filing meaningless reports to fullfull corporate's requirements is paramount to the basics of taking care of customers and generating income. my time with ERAC is short, others like me are seeing the light too. it sucks, C4 used to be a cool place to work... once again, nice going TD, way to ruin a culture, but hey, at least you're getting paid right?

ya I agree to that, there's only a handful of branches where people I know can say they're happy working there. So many good people I know have started complaining about many things, I guess a lot of major overhaul is gonna be in place soon..
