This is a terrible group to work in. Worst group in the whole company for retention. Last I heard it was at 38%, they can't keep up with filling holes. No wonder the group hasn't had any results.

Man I left about 7 months ago...one of the worst jobs ever! The sheer amount of crap you put up with for that job when measured against the pittance you're paid almost makes you want to cry. Enterprise is good at stroking your ego so that you stay longer but once that wears off, you realized just how crappy it is to be working 55+ hr weeks for something that a cashier at london drugs makes...

all that is happening in this group is the fag TD keeps opening new small branches that will never make money, taking employees away from already understaffed branches to run the new branches.

the only ones making money in this group are the upper management. The people at the branch level do all the work, suffering health problems, forced to become drunks, and get paid shit.

Does anyone even like working for this group?
