I want a raise! I don't want to work long hours for minimum wage.

Good luck getting a raise. This is the only company I know of in the world that doesn't do annual merit increases. If you want an increase in pay, go get a job at Wal-Mart as a greeter

A few Points

Starting pay is 12.55/hour.

99 Tracks what employees log more then 45 hrs per week.

and if you are still an MT after a full year there are serious issues with how you work.

Shit, U make it sound like moving up within the company is so great....even when I was an AM, I only made $10/hr after investing hours and hours, exceeding ESQI, and growth. The company takes from you and than the government takes the rest....so either way ur being fucked from both ends.

Good luck suckers.

Hey now that I am out of ERAC, here is the truth. The company is good for the real life education it provides you with, however it is just a stepping stone to get you further.

I was a AM at a good branch, my pay-cheque was $1100 after deductions and this is including my wonderful commission too.

Now I make on average $1,700 every two weeks and that is not including my commission cheque and not including my car allowence.

A lot of employers look fondly at your experience at ERAC, but once you get that 2 years, move on to bigger and better things. Trust me, its worth it.

Enterprise is not a company where you put in your 9-5 then go home. If your lazy, dont work here. Also, don't expect to get ahead at any other career by putting in the bare minumum and always asking for more shit. Put in your work then see what happens.

Don't forget every single person in Rental no matter what level they are at has put in their time as an MT. Money is not just given to you just by showing up, going through the motions, then going home. You have to prove yourself and your worth, here or at any other company.

Right now in group C4 those that are doing well are getting ahead. To me that is the bottom line.
OMG I bet this is what the HR people while they're NOT taking care of current employees!

i just was offered a job today and said yes. But after finding this forum and reading the posts i'm seriously thinking of declining.

Thank you for the information about the overtime pay and the breakdown of how that works.
