| Hey now that I am out of ERAC, here is the truth. The company is good for the real life education it provides you with, however it is just a stepping stone to get you further. I was a AM at a good branch, my pay-cheque was $1100 after deductions and this is including my wonderful commission too. Now I make on average $1,700 every two weeks and that is not including my commission cheque and not including my car allowence. A lot of employers look fondly at your experience at ERAC, but once you get that 2 years, move on to bigger and better things. Trust me, its worth it. |
