I'm having so much fun with this shit. Wow, I am pretty much Gordon Gekko. I sell DW to people and make no commission. I sell at 9.99 a pop! Wow I am a baller! Shot caller!! 20 inch rims on the PINTO!!!!
I also wear blue or grey, only from zellers! Can I borrow 250$ for some suits? I'll hit up the salvation army, and get 10 of them!!! Hopefully they'll have cum stains and some spare change for my family and my heart operation. If I have some change I'll get a timex, because that's just a big time watch which means I'm fancy.
After all this I'll rent a focus for cheap. Wow. If I'm really, really, really lucky I'll get a Maxima. Wow. Maxima's are the rage in Miami, and a CL55 benz is just shit compared to it. Damn, a DB7 or DB9 Aston Martin (which I could afford if my Manager salary was as big as they say it is) is just crap compared to all of this luxury. In fact now that I am with ERAC I am a Saudi Prince. I just chill with women and cars and travel the world. I lounge in rental contracts like Mc Duck does cash. I rule.

After too many years working for ERAC, I can say that shit MT wages lead to slightly less shitty management pay, but you do get the company car that you were promised, except that it's a different Piece of Shit every night, (usually dirty, low on gas, smoked in, and it pulls to the right) But you console yourself by saying what a great manager you are and how good your ESQI is, and surely you ARM will take notice and give you that promotion so that you can be in charge 20 more cars, and be that much more of a baller.

Then you realize that you're working 60 hours a week and make the same (or less) or your old university buddies working a normal 40 hour work week. Then you realize that only friends you have left work for ERAC, all you look forward to is getting trashed after work (still in your Zellers suit of course), finally you hit rock bottom (stilling wearing your Zellers suit, complete with sweat stains from washing cars all day), when you find yourself at the Bar making your move on some hottie, she asks about what you do for a living and you find yourself repling excitedly, "I work for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, it's great, my IPC is above group average, and I just posted an 88% ESQI!!!!"

Not that it always works out like that...

I am owed about 2G's from my last month and they won't pay me. Is this from my mouth herpes? Or because I need $$$ for my mouth herpes. Bronwyn, are you still a whore? what happened with Kirmac. I see that they are now using Discount. This has to hurt on the fleet size and the pay for Managers and Assistants. By the way, does any branch level management make more than $45000. Considering how many hours you put in and the crap you have to take from clients (renters and bodyshop, I can't see anyone willing to accept less than $55000.

Or, am I wrong, and people have accepted the low pay and are happy with it.

I will make about $55k this year as a BRM. This job sucks but the benefits are good. When I find something for comparable money and normal hours, I'm gone.

You could potentially make some good coins as ABRM or BRM if you get lucky. and with the commission increase in Oct it not too bad. I'm an ABRM and with this new commission structure I'll get around 45000, granted the branch did experience some growth over the last year or so, so as long as remarketing is making good flip I'll keep making good commission...

as for hours, I never have to work over 50/week, same goes to the manager I'm working with. But I guess it really depends on the accounts you have to serve in the area..
