| We all know we're not supposed to work more than 45 hours in a week but we also know that is never the case. You can go on and on about how we should speak up and let our managers know but in a lot of situations in this group this just isn't possible because you have the following an assistant mgr working with 1 MT and a driver running a 60 car branch or a branch manager and an MT running a 50 car branch. then you have situations where its an MT running a branch. Just not possible to do so and observe a 45 hour work week, and don't hide behind anything because we all know you have nothing to hide behind. So in saying this I would best wager that the average C4 employee puts in a 50 hour work week. Do you know what that translates to hourly in terms of base pay? Assistant Managers would receive $11.73 per hour (if paid by the hour) but they're not. Most ABRM work 50-55 hours a week equalling on avg $10.66/hr MT's would receive the norm $12.51 per hour Now the shitty thing is, I read an add in the classifieds for KFC, they are hiring employees and giving them $10.75 per hour plus bonuses and benefits. Do you think that ERAC employees specially your Assistant Mgrs should be getting less money per hour than someone who fries chicken and cleans toilets? Plus, we receive the same salaries as our counterparts in the states, why don't we make more because of the exchange? I talked to an MT yesterday in Washington State who makes a base salary of 30 something, convert $30000 american to CDN and you get 36000 on a 12% exchange rate. Where's the love? You have a few happy employees in this group and they are pretty good people, you also have a few crooks who like to fuck the 2pm count and screw others over for cars, there are more issues going on in this group than you can possibly imagine, what are you going to do about it, and the other thing, I heard about this ESQi for admin thing, dont think for a second you're going to score anything over a 70, the support from admin is absolutely disgusting. Basically, you're not paying enough for the work and production you receive, it is border line slavery, and good thing for this company there is no estgablished poverty line in Canada to measure on, because we both no you would be up shit creek without a paddle. I have brought these issues up before to admin and nothing has been done, my employees are unhappy, most of my area is unhappy, and to be honest the only reason I am writing on this gay site is to make these problems public. |

| gee my branch has 1 mngr, myself, and 5 mts. 130 car branch, 1 driver one cp. we work 45 hrs a week. where do you work that you are under staffed? mabye you should stop complaining about being unsuccessful, and be proactive, and fix the situation. make yourself some money...isnt that what you are here to do? btw....tim and steve are nice people. just b/c you guys dont get along doesnt mean you have to shit on their work...are you jelous? i would like to make 600000$ a year....thats a lot of zeros for sitting and watching everyone run your business. whos got the better end of the stick? |
