C4 is a joke. You cannot open multiple locations and forget quality control. Overbooking, underSTAFFING (oh no Tim, I said something from reality- you better get the foil hat on because your head will soon explode from REALITY BITES) and shitty cars will hurt in the long run. Maybe also some Hybrids could help????? Hello global warming? That might not be true, ok, but some big investors see it as the new business wave... So keep opening up the locations, and they will come for the cheap rates, but soon enough, when the shit hits the fan, and those reso's are deemed useless, they will go bye-bye. They will see poor service with fake and tired smiles, and feel sorry for a bunch of over-educated and underpaid peeps. And also the cum stains on the yaris might turn them off too. Go Budget!
