Erac now up and running at the Calgary International A/P. Look out competitors. They have put erac almost side by side with Hertz. Poor Avis is in the middle. Let the games begin y'all.

So walking by the erac counter at the airport and what do I see. A csr that looks like a dude but infact was a chick. I had to double take because she had her top three buttons opened up and had nothing to flaunt. If she was to help her selling ability, the buton unbuttoning wasn't going to help. plus why wasn't she looking all proffesional like anyway. I thought ecrap was big on no facial hair, no earrings on the guys, always in uniform and looking proffesional. And if you allow the top three buttons un-done than at least put somebody that has something to flaunt and worth looking at.

Staffing problems in Alberta have hurt ERAC hard. They will hire Trainees who don't even have any post secondary education.

Seems like it is only gonna get harder. I see they have plans to expand still, yet don't have enough qualified branch managers to run these locations. Wait around for an MT is less than three months for a branch manager position. D.R. is gonna run into problems finding those qualified trainees. They are starting to sound and run like Hertz. hahaha.
