Default C5 HR

Why dosn't the HR department in C5 help the employees. Why are they instead helping upper, upper, upper management. Isn't the purpose of an HR department to be the go between between employees and management.

Cause sucking up to you isn't an advantage. Kissing ass to the upper management has all the advantages. For everything else there is always mastercard.

You are a sad... sad... sad person who needs to get a life. HR does not mean therapist - ask HR about ERAC benefits so you can see one.

I would ask HR, but that would mean that they might actually have to reply to a request from an employee.

Fair enough. Lots of judgement coming from you. Ever walked a mile in someone else's shoes?

You're definately in HR. The question is, which useless pile of garbage is it?

Ya well, this is a privately-owned corporation; therefore, unionless. This means upper management can do whatever the hell they want to their workers and get away with it. The HR department's only purpose is to staff and explain the little benefits their workers are eligible for. Also, there's no point in asking HR for ERAC benefits to see a therapist because you'll have to pay for it out-of-pocket anyway because the benefits are pathetic and won't cover it.

Sad but harsh reality

First of all what the hell could "upper management" possibly have done to you that was so bad; besides give you a paycheque every two weeks for coming to work and doing your job. Wow, how mean. If you need help, ask for it. The benefits are not the best out there but; they are there and despite what you think HR is there do more than staff. If you need help ask...
