First of all what the hell could "upper management" possibly have done to you that was so bad; besides give you a paycheque every two weeks for coming to work and doing your job. Wow, how mean. If you need help, ask for it. The benefits are not the best out there but; they are there and despite what you think HR is there do more than staff. If you need help ask...
