| All I want to say.. just one simple thing.. Is this.. Promotions in Northern Alberta are not based on Numbers, on sales, on what you do for the company, how much you do for the company, or the amount of hours that you put in.. It doesn't matter if you worked every day your branch was open for 3 months straight without asking for time off, it doesn't matter if 2 of the strongest MT's in an area look at you and thank you for training them, because with at least 1 of them, and they will tell you this, their manager couldn't train rain to fall.. It doesn't matter about any of that.. The only way you will get promoted in this area, in northern alberta, is if your a favorite.. I always wanted to think this company was different, that's what were trained to believe.. I guess I was wrong, and I feel like I've wasted part of my life striving to move up, when I always had someone pulling me back down.. On another note.. Wade...Buddy.. I'm sorry that you haven't been promoted to BM yet, you could do it, and should have been there a long time ago.. Sorry that you're being held back.. |

| I must admit I agree with what your saying in regards to promotions in Alberta, period. Lets take a look at some of the recent promotions over the last year. Hmmmmm who comes to mind. First is RS. 11 months and a branch manager. Well lets see, his uninsured lossed and AMAZING ESQI score definately prove he was ready to be a manager in my eyes. Hey RS have youeven cracked 70 for esqi yet? And having the WORST uninsureds shows that too. Especially hearing you say after every bad rental decision "I would do it again" Yeah you were ready. Then I look at AG and C526 there esqi, impressive fleet growth and AMAZING abilities to do nothing prove that they were ready. Then you look at someone like LK. who should of been promoted to one of those stores before either one of those 2 but had to wait and take an outlying area position. Yet her first month ESQI went up and second month she was highest in the GROUP. Her numbers prove she was well trained and ready to me a manager long before those other people mentioned above. Just thought I would point that out. Keep pluggin away for nothing guys. Maybe soon |

It'll be a cold day in hell before anyone gets promoted out of there. And they're bustin' it --fuck are they bustin' it, and for nothing. Maybe a few more rentals here and there. Try selling dub to some of these cultures -Jew, Arab, Russian, Persian, Indian, Paki, Jamaican, Chinese. How do you scam a scammer? Good thing about the immigrants is they make for a competitive economy, so prices on common goods are more affordable. Sucks for the ERAC employee when you're having to rent a CCAR from 25.99 to 32.99/day. Reality is these people refuse dub (only a few silly white people take it, and how many of them are left in Toronto nowadays), and the rate is shit. Which means...yes...their income is shit. Fleet growth is stagnant too. The big growth days died at the beginning of the decade, as did people's future potential with the company. Lets review, no income plus no fleet growth means...you got it...no promotion. Enjoy it while you can C5. Ride the wave and get out before you sink. It's the economy baby! |

| Why do you think Alberta driving has gotten so crazy in the past 2 years. All the whitey's from Toronto moved to Alberta and brought the Bangladeshi driving style with them. |
