Dwight was great. I was one of the first to get his commision stick beating. They promoted me by giving me a 3.5% commision cut. That place was so great. All they did by cutting everyone's commisson was to feed the top if the food chain since less was being cut from the bottom. I thank Dwight though becuase his commission cut encouraged me to quit that hole and go get a 40 hour a week job. Now I make 2x as much as there and work 37.5 hours. No more working for less than McDonald's workers in a cult.

Yes, he did come to St. Louis, and destroyed everything here also. He just finally left, leaving a disaster, and causing many good employees to leave. I hear he's going to Florida now to "clean up".

Dwights rape and pillage philosophy is working well to get promoted. His simple structure and fear tactics seem to work well. I wonder if he'll ever stay in one place for long enough to see the entire system fall flat on it's face. He seems to have very good timing... leaving just in the nick of time.

Very interesting site this is...I think this site should be given to all people applying for a position with erac. If you still want the job after you read this site than you will bleed green....but anyways......Kemper still shagging Mt's? MA's? etc.....Lets see Radke......he still brown nose like there was no tomorrow????....Razor still a marketing fool but absent in his branches???? Wharty???? he still around???? hope not he deserves a lot better than the life of an area manager. Jamus he still around??? funniest guy in erac another that deserves better....ahhhh sooo many memories...what could have been if erac kept all the good people and filtered out the bad ones. The ERAC grinder.......when I left I think retention was in the 60's???? and esqi high 70's whats it like now?

Radke is almost a cult leader. He talks a good game and kinda of comes off like a major ass-kiss.

I heard she is a real hottie...I think she did a manager from edmonton at a hockey tourney a few years back...than gets a transfer to that group...nice!
