I agree, I'm currently leaving my position with the company for many reasons that I blame both myself, and management for. However, I don't see the purpose of this website. Constructive criticism is a useful tool but sharing bitter complaints doesn't accomplish anything. If you enjoy your job then work at it and be successful, if not, pursue other options and do well elsewhere. I wish everyone luck and hope that those who feel Enterprise has failed them get over it and move on with their lives because there is no point in dwelling in the past.

i love how a guy says that enterprise is a great company to work for and call us complainers but he is to much of a loser to give his name. Don't get me wrong i have respect for a lot of people in the company just none for the company. A man named goldstein once said to me my outside life did not promote a good look on enterprise. This coming from a guy that if you have worked in C6 you know what he does in his outside life. This company is constantly riping people off and they are killing there employee's i had probably the best manager u could ask for props out to Art Crawford. the man bleeds green. But other then that its shit all the way. Anyone who reads this and thinks that goldstien is a great guy your probably female and somewhat attractive. Maybe he's looking to switch it up again.

I’ve worked at ERAC long enough to know that I can do better elsewhere. I respect all the people who post on this site, and think that there should be an outlet for them to vent their frustrations. I feel that the person who says that we are nothing but complainers is missing the point. I left ERAC and I have never looked back, I feel that my time there was wasted, and unfortunately a lot of good people were “made quit” or just left in frustration with the unfair promotion practices of ERAC. I’ve known people who worked over 55 hrs a week and were totally taken advantage of, and if they hold a little bitterness and resentment and want to vent that here, then I think that they should be able to. These people are not complainers, these people just need an outlet to voice opinions they were not allowed to voice at their job. If we all keep silent then ERAC can do whatever it wants and our silence justifies their behavior.
