Rational?

I love how people have to work so hard to defend their job at ERAC on here. You know, if you have to work that hard to look good to the rest of the world perhaps you should re-consider what you are doing. A job is a job, and I'd rather work to live not live to work, those who say that long hours and shitty pay is for the strong, I say you're fools. Those of us who couldn't hack it are now in a better position to enjoy life. Why should I have to prove myself at ERAC for 30k and 65hrs/week when I can earn 85k and work 30?

It really doesn't make sense to me, I challenge anyone to defend ERAC rationally. Seriously, think about what you are saying before you say it.

I agree with you 95%....if you are one of the FEW that can survive, it's very luctrative and only gets better as the YEARS go. BUT.... it's one in hundreds that make it considering the turnover. It's no wonder they're the top employer of new grads. They can't keep them long enough.

That's my point, why work years to make luctrative pay? The job I have now I'm making 4 times my salary at ERAC and it's just my 2nd year. I know guys who have been with the company 10 years and they are only now making the money I'm making in 2.

You should post a link to your companies website so current e-chimps can apply. I'm tired of hearing them complain about how erac sucks and they want a new job. They should be more industrious like you and go out and find one.

I can't make them more industrious they have to do that themselves. Though most people like to bitch rather than act.
