GROUP C7

What's going on? Are you blind? They got fed up pure and simple. Flip has been going down every year and our group barely makes OP on a fiscal year basis. The promises of a bright future and tons of $$$ only work for awhile. Also they had to be in disagreement with the direction the group is taking. It's a shame that we lost these guys because it will make the next year even more difficult for all of us. It's disappointing that the rest of the management of our group didn't see it coming or did anything to keep them. It seems to me that if the relationship between top management and these guys was better, this massive wave of resignation could have been avoided. I would like to wish them success in whatever they plan to do and thank them for all their hard work over the years.

I am so happy that the L.C. manager left the company. I almost lost my job because of that fucker. I had a small employee accident that cost 'E' around $150. Give me a break. Working 55 hours a week and almost losing your job for a nothing....

you think that you deserve tge right of smashing a car because you work 55 hours per week? r u serious? what's next? should u be allowed to steal from the cash drawer because of long hours as well?
