Re: I1-Ireland Yes, I loved my job in ERAC, but I didnt work in Rental. I did understand that the rental employees were under a lot of presure and their job was hard. Unfourtantley, I did leave but the experience I got from Admin was second to none. I did not put too much thought into leaving but there are other jobs out there, I think I will have to be in a job for over a year before I get any type of benefits which ERAC give you, which is a bummer but my experience will stay with me for a long time. I have very few bad memories about time time with them and I know that I have a lot of good ones and have made good friends from the place. I know that a lot of you hate the job but be honest with yourself, if you hate it that much why are you still there. 99% of the ERAC employees have degrees in something or other so why not use them to your advantage if your unhappy. I think the main thing in all of our lives is making your life happy. If you are happy with your every day life then everything else falls into place. If you are not it seems that no matter what you do it never goes right. So dont be so hard on the people that stay maybe deep down they enjoy their job! |
