Sandy - NI Erac typified its dog eat dog work culture when it promoted sandy to city manager at I1. The guy moved to N. Ireland, lost all respect of his employees by his bully boy management style which saw him lose up to 13 staff in just over 9 months. It was so bad that at one stage that he had to cut short his holiday a few years back in new zealand due to a rebellion of his workforce back home in NI who were all informing the HAWK they were on the brink of departure from the ERAC mothership. To promote someone like that has typified to all employees what a farcical company this is to work for and life is too short for all the shit and broken promises made by senior ERAC management. 55-60 hours a week of pressurised hassle and for what - no wonder about 90% of all trainees leave ERAC NI / Probably Ireland now - within 6 -12 months of starting the management trainee 'live like a prisoner' program.
