I am really quite pleased by this little gem of a site - there seems to be very few posts from ERAC employess in Scotland, and a hell of a lot from U4. Remind me to never head below the border, sounds pretty shite down there. Or it could be that us jocks are better at gritting our teeth and getting on with it....

Seriously though - it's nice to know that the things that really fuck me off about the company are the same things that really fuck everybody else off. by the way, did all the MT's in the UK get a pay rise, or was it just our glorious leaders up here that decided that £16k was 'in line with other topo graduate schemes'? - please, somebody show me a grad. scheme elsewjere that makes you work 60+ hours a week, takes over your life, pays anywhere near as badly! Still, I guess it's better that the £14k we were on before, at least I can afford my bus fares to work now. oh joy....

A Typical ERAC lie.. Don't worry. When you work for ERAC everyone feels the need to lie about their wage. But just think, who are you really kidding? Especially on a site where everyone knows the truth. Also, a top graduate scheme??!! Join a proper co., where you'll mix with people older than 30, and where you respect the senior people in the co. and know they deserve the higher salary, as opposed to not in any way respecting them or at best resenting them.. You're the one that's been had mate.

The worst person I met is Bend Over Keanes BK. Ask any 1 in U1 and u will know how much they hate him. He has a wife and was actually cheating his wife and going out with this Mr patel. Mr patel was customer who knew all about enterprise inside out. He use to rent Prestige cars from entire and claimimg Norwich Union r paying for it. He was a proper fraudster and was using Brendan Keanes. Twice took a Mercedes and reported stolen. It took years for Brendan Keanes to realise that he was being used. I bet they r still seeing each other. Another worst for U1 was Parish Meisuria who worked at Tower Hill. I believe he also worked at Lewisham and Barking branch. The guy liked the job too much. He treat like it was his. But also he use to abuse his staff. He use to steal from his staff. The good thing is that he left from U1. He was the most greediest, hateful and racist manager all in one I ever met. He also use to cheat his customers.
Brendan Keanes forces his employees to sell. He tells them that they have to lie to sell. If they dont sell they get told off all the time.
Why am I still working for enterprise. I don't have problem with them, Its BK. but also its hard to find a job. Am looking for any IT jobs where no sales is involved. There is also another case I heard about BK recently. He told one or two of hi employees that they stink infront of everyone including customers. And then told them to put aftershave. The only person stinks is Brendan Keanes. Any more stories on Brendan Keanes or Paresh Meisuria please share it with everyone. They r the stinking pigs.

The working hours in Enterprise r very long. I wake up 5.30 in the morning and get ready for work. 6.45 I leave home and get to branch at 7.25. We have to start at 7.30. When it comes to lunch there is no time for it. Sometimes we have at 1330 sometime 1530, sometimes 1700 and sometimes we don't get time for lunch as it is busy. Then when it comes for time to close we can't go home till call back is done. Or we have to help drivers to do deliveries if there is more deliveries to be done. This takes hours. Sometimes 2100 or 2200. But I remember than once we use to finish late everyday as late as 2330 or later than this. This is due to unprofessional or unexperienced MT forced to run the day, so managers can take days off. I feel like I spend more time with enetrprise than my amily. When I go home sometimes I see my family for an hour or less and then I or they go to sleep. Or sometimes I dont see them at all. I sleeper later than them and I wake up before them. This job I believed has messed up my life. I am looking to leave As Soon I Get A Job. So Help Me 2 Get One. Even driving job Temporarily till I find myself another job. Thanx

I understand your beef about BK, as he is a total idiot. However I always thought Parish was a good lad. He worked with me when I was an Assistant Manager and he was alsway professional and polite. He was always willing to help the team out. I do remember some very dodgy drivers at Barking though, coucous etc.

Mate just get yourself out of there now, GO! Please trust me it is really not worh it. Just walk, and tell them to go fcuk themselves!

Just go temping, it pays just as well and you'll work nearly 50% less hours a week, imagine that! Even if you started off in a simple office job, it'll pay just as much as an MT and less stress.

Best thing I EVER did was do the same.
