one thing i would say tho. it isnt the company it used to be here. far more pressure on employees to sell, sell, sell. i no its a sales job n all, and personally iv never had any problems with my sales, but the group sc is getting pretty ruthless and iv seen emails from carl basically saying that we got too many mts here so lets weed out the shit employees to make way for the hoards that are coming thru the system. not exactly the family run business that jack set up eh.

that aint a bad thing tho. its all about performing well at the end of the day and if u want to get anywhere then u got to do ur job. i fucking love working for erac. i love the challenges set out, going for the sales, running tight, upping ur rate. the people on this site who are bitching about erac being shit employers are only saying that cos they were obviously one of those ppl who werent performing or werent tough enough to handle the hours. if they cant do their job then fuck them. we are better off without them.

iv been with the company for a cpl of years now so i no wot im talking about. i laugh at those idiots who have stuck here for 6 months and all of a sudden erac are arseholes cos they been punted. why dont u go and get a job in a call centre. mind u, ull prob get signed off for stress with the idea of taking 30 calls a day.

erac is a quality company to work for. if u like hard work, are good at sales and u want to come to work for a company who will reward success then come to erac. dont listen to these fucking failures who have prob bn raised by mummy and daddy wrapped in cotton wool. come work for erac and ur blood will turn green!!!
what? 50K.. who's foolin here. I mean really, my area manager probably didnt earn 35k this year, and if he did he was lucky. Of course his area sux. But 50k at enterprise... who is making that! Apart from a few up top.

Maybe his numbers were bad, who knows.

Look all I know is I’ve been with Enterprise for just under 2 years now. In that time I’ve been promoted, increased my pay by almost 40% and worked with sound people (few numpties thrown in there but what job doesn’t I guess). So you wont see me complaining. Whilst in training, orientation and the assessment they make no secret that you have to work long hours and that you need to be committed to putting your time in. I agree that there are people that all they do is whine and bitch about the hours the pay, I was told this, I wasn’t told that. If what you want is a regular boring job in the “office” with limited earning potential in the long haul then park you arse down at the job centre and let the rest of us get on with it.

I'm pretty much in the same boat. I started just under two years ago and am now earning ovr £30k a year - not bad for a 23 yr old.

Yeah its long hours, but so is every graduate scheme. I have a lot of mates from uni working for the big accountancy firms and they are always working late and taking work home. You don't build a career on a 35 hour week.

The pays poor to start with if your good at your job and not scared of hard work you will soon be earning lots.

But they will have professional qualifications at the end of it and see a rapid increase in their salaries and benefits. Additionally they will travel the world auditting companies on expenses.

You are washing cars for fuck's sake. Hardly an equivalent job. Sorry - career.
