what is alarming, though, is that ERAC dissing is not limited to one region or area...it is global, the problems are not isolated.
universally this company is hated by employees and exemployees alike.
pretty damning if you ask me

Randy Rickshaw. Ha! That narcissistic idiot needs to be neutered or put on the sex offenders register. Preys on young good looking MTs for a living and could do with some diversity being hammered into him.

Scot Scot Neely is a sound guy and that's about it. The rest are full of it.

Carl is sound. A bit childish and a lad's lad so he doesn't seem to see women but he's keen. One of the few managers, let alone City Manager that I feel is pretty genuine.

I agree. Carl can be a bit of a bull in a china shop but at least what you see is what you get, not like most of the other senior 'management' figures at SC.

Tatty bye Kaled, away to London to schmooze them instead. Lucky U1.

Bull in a china shop is one way to describe him. Still, he's approachable and I think genuine. Some other level 3 managers would do well to take heed.

As for Dalek, good bye.

I met Carl a few times during my ERAC tenure. He's well sound. A people manager and a people person who doesn't appear to have an ego issue. Perhaps others think otherwise but I'm entitled to my opinion.

No doubt he'll get shat on by the powers that be some day because of just that. Seems if you aren't ready to stick a knife in someone's back at the first opportunity, ERAC don't care much for you which is a great pity for the company and for employees. Contradictory as it may sound, I enjoyed the job but didn't enjoy a dealing with upper management.

Lots of stories of resentment on this site but mine isn't directed against the job itself. There are lessons to be learned by ERAC amongst some of these but that is never going to happen as they likely see this site as subversive and anti ERAC when it is actually anti ERAC management in the main.

The major problem is ERAC take round pegs and put them in round holes which is fine but they also try to take square pegs and hammer them into the same holes. People aren't robots and surely a little individuality and innovative thinking would benefit the company?

It's the ERAC way or the high way. Pardon the pun...
