Default How are things in Scotland?

I'm sure I'll get a lot of "omfg it sucks" answers, but in all seriousness, how are things with ERAC in Scotland? I'm in Eastern Canada now, and am looking across the pond for a huge change...

How is the upper management? How many cars in fleet? If I could get some info that'd be awesome!

Thanks!

C9kid

As an Ex U3 employee, I worked under Carl Henderson who was a top bloke to work for. How are you guys finding him up there?

Carl is ok like. hes done a shit hot job of sorting out our insurance business. im one of the few folk who actually liked luke de kansky (carl predeccesor) but i see now what erac was lacking before carl came here.

one thing i would say tho. it isnt the company it used to be here. far more pressure on employees to sell, sell, sell. i no its a sales job n all, and personally iv never had any problems with my sales, but the group sc is getting pretty ruthless and iv seen emails from carl basically saying that we got too many mts here so lets weed out the shit employees to make way for the hoards that are coming thru the system. not exactly the family run business that jack set up eh.

that aint a bad thing tho. its all about performing well at the end of the day and if u want to get anywhere then u got to do ur job. i fucking love working for erac. i love the challenges set out, going for the sales, running tight, upping ur rate. the people on this site who are bitching about erac being shit employers are only saying that cos they were obviously one of those ppl who werent performing or werent tough enough to handle the hours. if they cant do their job then fuck them. we are better off without them.

iv been with the company for a cpl of years now so i no wot im talking about. i laugh at those idiots who have stuck here for 6 months and all of a sudden erac are arseholes cos they been punted. why dont u go and get a job in a call centre. mind u, ull prob get signed off for stress with the idea of taking 30 calls a day.

erac is a quality company to work for. if u like hard work, are good at sales and u want to come to work for a company who will reward success then come to erac. dont listen to these fucking failures who have prob bn raised by mummy and daddy wrapped in cotton wool. come work for erac and ur blood will turn green!!!
