Default I love all my employees.

I love bringing new people on, ruining their lives for the best part of their 20's. Instead of going out and enjoying the benefits of youth.

I enjoy making my employees work 55+hours a week and every other saturday morning, because they need to remain exhausted and must dream about how we are going to manage tomorrow morning with no cars in the car park!

I like to fill their heads with mindless drivel about how they will earn massive salaries so long as they work through a pointless career development folder, only to find their efforts are worth £500 extra a year.

I enjoy seeing people in my branch becoming disillusioned with the way in which their so called career isn't moving as fast as I said it would in the interview.

I love to see my employees relationships break up due to strains a stresses of our wonderful everyday job!

I love to take a pitiful basic salary back to my young family and tell them that Christmas this year will be a little tight!

Infact, I do not love, like, or enjoy any of the above and I am ashamed to be part of such a fickle organisation. My time has come, as it will for a good deal more good people. Enterprise Rent A Car does not deserve to have some of it's employees. It can keep the others, as they have already reached their pinacle.

This is one of the best posts on here. I agree 100%. I left about 8 months ago, there is life after ERAC, all jobs have their bad points, but ERAC has no cut off point, thats the problem.

Don't worry about xmas being tight with your young family - the main thing here is that you have your family, you obviously enjoy spending time with them and value them - and no amount of money can buy that. Good luck!
