Ho-hum.

You forgot "you gouldn't hack it".

Wake up and smell the proverbial.

How many hours do you work? How many coworkers have left or have told you they are thinking of leaving? How many times had you been told that promotion is around the corner only to find that your figures weren't quite right, or ESQi "isn't where it needs to be"?

If you work for such a great company, why are you scared of registering?

They are lying to you.

They will screw you over the first opportunity they get and say that it's great for 'personal development'.

As for my record - I don't care what you think of me.

I know I made a lot of money at ERAC, but the effect it has on your personal life just isn't worth it.

I succeeded as a branch manager, got promoted, then still ended up leaving. And now my life is even better. So what do you want to say to me, oh mighty ERACer?!

so if your life is so mucher better now that you have left ERAC, so why do you spend so much time on this site?

surely you have better things to do than send down bogus reservations to the branches.....i mean come on - how old are you? you are acting like a fat kid who is banned from eating chocolate........

nothing against you personally tim - but i am just not getting why a grown man would spend so much on a site talking about an ex-employer and generally slagging your former superiors......

dare i ask if you would speak to BK in the same manner if you were face to face?

I come here because I choose to. Choice is something ERAC doesn't encourage. It's therapeutic!

We have been around. We know the tricks. Shit, I found most of the short cuts in RALPH 2000. We come here beacuse we left because we woke up. After many years we realised it was a lie. A scam. We were sick of making others money then to be told that the goalposts had been moved for our own progression.

Besides it's called FailingEnterprise - why are you here?

There are two reasons for your defence of this company:

You're a relative newcomer to ERAC who has been lied to about promotion, made to work ridiculous hours, seen friends and colleagues leave and still believe "it's character building".

If so, why are there so many regular posters here slating the company? If there is a problem, the easiest solution is to find the common root and eradicate it. The common problem seems to be the lies of uppermanagement and the dangerous situations people are placed in. Repossessing cars at 4 in the morning for example. Is that a safe way of conducting business? Having female workers abused at bodyshops and then trying to get them to laugh it off because we can't lose the account. Sooner or later someone is going to be seriously hurt, potentially killed because the company won't affect their bottom line by doing the right thing or calling in bailiffs. AND THE COMPANY SUCKERS YOU INTO DOING IT.

For someone who works for the company and therefore is likely to have a degree, you should be able to realise thats downright fucking idiotic.

However, if you are the same poster you evidently posted whilst at work the other day. which would lead me to conclude you are an area manager - I'm assuming BK, because no-one else will stand up for you- or above who is too scared to register.

You are still bought in. Fine. No problem to me or anyone else. You go ahead, screw everyone over. Lose your friends - they won't miss you. Go to work and leave branches in the shit when you take on extra deals knowing there are no cars. Then how about you rant and rave at the poor sods trying to do their best because ESQI has dropped.

You know why it's okay?

Because they laugh at you. They laugh at your poor attempts at humour. They laugh at you ill-concieved attempts to motivate them using words that you have just learnt but don't understand their meaning. They laugh at your abysmal business decisions and are just embarrassed when you deal with customers. Hell, they laugh at your monogrammed shirts and lairy trousers. Why don't you go and have a little cry (I'm sure you'll feel better).

But then you know all of that.

But what hurts you most, really deep, deep down, when you crawl into bed knowing you are a poor manager -that you only got where you are by lying through your teeth, by your parents being the friends with ERAC hierearchy, by having conversations that "didn't occur", by bringing people into head office and giving them a disciplinary without going through the right proceedures- what really, really hurts, when it's all said and done, is that you know they're right.

Then read the whole of the post.

As I sa\y, when you grill they'll ask "when is the best time to go and knock on a customers door to repossess a car".

Enjoy 4 a.m. when you've woken an irate psycho.

Its a grill question prick and I know of several people who did it in the Reading/Slough areas.

If you were never asked the question you never grilled prick.
