I think BL is probably Ben Lawson, a City Manager who works in the Kent area.
I always thought he was not that bad, but heard he has got a lot worse recently. Apparently quite happy to always tell people that if they dont meet his criteria they will be sacked, alway nice to see a city manager install trust and make sure morale is high NOT !!!!!

I agree Lawson is a dick. Completely demotivating. I used to work in his deal. Glad I'm out. I'm working for Farrell now... what a complete clown. What was Adam's thinking?

Tim Farrell hasn't got a clue - I reckon my car prep (oh sorry V.S.A) could run a city better than him - no joke

Has anyone noticed that when you receive a call from Farrell and answer 'hello' or whatever the other end just remains silent for what seems like eternity?
