Actually not from Area I, or as stated below someone who has been overlooked for promotion. To be honest I'm not anti ERAC, I had a great 3 years and wouldnt be where I am now without ERAC. These people may have joined a while back, but I seem to remeber the time ERAC were truely desperate was the last year and half. The crap that was hired in that period is unbelievable.
Its also stragne that the 99 person, seems to have missed my point. I wasnt being anit ERAC, I was simply sticking up for people I like and respect. As for being passed over for promotion....Lawson's knees are still huting from all the begging he did to make me stay. So...passed over, no my friend, just couldnt turn down 50 K for 37.5 hrs per week at the age of 24.

Its amazing how many level 3's are on this site. Evening to you all.

Finally, to the guy who denied that there are opportunites out there that pay 50k on 37.5 hrs a week on 3 yrs ERAC experience...you are right. That actually includes my 6k annual car allowance, so strictly its 44k. A good degree, solid work experience and a great interview can get you far. Especially in the city!
