The guy is basically a little cry baby. If he doesn't get his own way, he kicks and screams and will complain to higher management until he does (or they tell him to do one).
Doesn't have the respect of his staff and can't work with women (just prefers to bully them).
Generally just a little idiot that isn't liked.

I used to work with someone very similar to this guy. My branch was 4218, Clearwater, FL and this guy reminds me of a guy that no-one likes, or respects! Looks like ERAC has the same dickheads over there in the United Kingdom that we have over here. Jeez, will someone change the record!
