Seema was a good manager... and a nice person.... if she seemed arrogant she was probably stressed... cos managers have it Hard !!!

In response to the last post, Seema was and still is a stressed and unhappy manager... if anything went wrong she would take it all out on her staff and drivers. She has a bad attitude and everyone including city manager, employees and even customers know that.

That is maybe why her esqi is always poor and ALL of her staff have resigned recently

Uve got a point about the ESQI.... all her staff resigned recently ????... sure ur not exaggerating

nah seema i agree is a tough manager but she cares.. maybe all her staff take the piss dats wot it is.. she used to be my manager and i learned alot. but u not work its touch for managers now .. all her staff r a buch of weirdos....

'All her staff take the piss' !! - you having a laugh! ... everyone is U2 knows about her bad repuation and her staff (past and present) had to put up with her bad
attitude and PMS. She takes her bad moods on other people and creates an environment where NOONE would want to work in (staff from other branches would object to helping 13 out for a day even) so that is why all her staff have recently quit

I agree, seema is ok but she does have a bad attitude, the way she speaks and treats employees (not just her own but everyone in u2) is wrong. Alot of people hate her in U2 and I think they have a good reason to. Maybe that is why 13 is an underachieving branch with piss poor esqi !
