hectic or not....the mood at u213 was never great. theres a difference between being very busy and rushed off your feet, but having a positive vibe in the office and being hectic and having a negative atmosphere where everyone feels low.

'hey i worked at u213 for several months and i had a ball.. i never got any shit from any1... but then again i have a personality to work in that environment..the mood was always great in the office, hectic but we all just got on wid things..' You had a ball? hard to imagine really ?You have a personality to work in U213's environment ? So what exactly do you think personality wise you have to cut it out at 13?? If her trainees left what makes you think your personality is better than them ??? I work in U2 at the moment and speak to trainees & know how they feel about working in that branch. The environment is awful and everyone always looks so unhappy. I know drivers who would refuse to visit that branch and employees who would not want to work a days cover. No wonder their esqi is the worst in the group.

Seema is probably the most experienced manager in U2,she is also a good training manager but she has no People skills at all,no sense of humour other than sarcasm and no charm of any kind, she is now backed up with a side-kick who shares her failings and a few more. When the assistant Managers job was advertised it was expected that some of the trainees that had bottled out of 213 to other branches would apply, but no, only Shell and the wench from Wolverhampton, one of Seemas neighbours were the only applicants, and we all know who got the job!!

What's with the whinging? Seriously, you bitch and sulk too much. If you don't like the place, leave it. But remember, this is how industry works - if you wanna make money, you put in the work. Nothing is gonna land on your lap, you need to put in some fucking effort. I'd put money on the fact that the majority of you don't have the balls to leave - you prefer to post libelous messages than take any forwards action. So go back to work, or go to the job centre.

Well there you are folks,we have been given the benifit of The South Drones experience. Do not come unto a web site to whinge, even if that is the purpose of said site. Even if you actualy like your job,but not the personalities,or the deciept or the illegal pay rates.Don't come on here to bitch. If you work for a branch that should be very profitable with a good customer base, yet isn't,leave, don't come on here to find that you are not alone in your concerns.

well it looks like most of u213 had "the balls" to leave and move on to better things and look what they get? nameless people writing nasty things about them in a vain attempt to justify the horrendous conditions they were working in. seems like they did put in as you call it "some f***ing effort" and it seems on here like its not just bitching and sulking....its a serious problem at this branch that is bad enough to drive potentially successful people away and keep up the long running trend of a ridiculously high staff turnover at ERAC. i bet in a better working environment with some feeling of appreciation for all the hard work there could be some very successful people working their way up the company - and i dont mean by being male, american, or by blagging the way to the top like it seems too many people manage to do. if youre not liked at erac you'll never make it - however high your sales are.

First, the purpose of this site is to make public the issues at ERAC and inform current staff of when they're being abused, and what their rights are. It is not to whine or share your feelings with the group. If you want therapy, you have to pay me for that. Second, the longer you put up with the illegal pay and conditions, the longer they'll carry-on abusing you. Third, what did you expect when you signed on the dotted line with a high volume, low margin operation in the retail sector? Fourth, there's a difference between working hard and working smart. Don't pretend like you're doing anything useful or objective with the character assassinations and bland criticism you post here. And if there's a problem with my 'nameless' status, why are you 'unregistered'?

Well i'm not "unregistered" and me and my ex-colleagues are the 'targets' of some of this "character assassination and bland criticism" as you put it and i dont appreciate being falsely accused of things by people i may or may not have been working with at the time. I'm assuming you work for ERAC still with your "working smart" comment too.....or was it "working clever" that was the catchphrase......................??
