so how come he is so shit at being an area manager - ANSWER - because he is not and never was a good manager and is WAY out of his depth. When he was at Kiddy he made money cos of all the non fault which he didnt get in the first place. He never grew his fleet yet preaches to his staff about how he did and how they should!!! Yes he did make money, but you cant give him credit for that because he wasnt down to him. That is the point it aint sdifficult to grasp!

Bash has got to be one of THE worst ever. How did he get to AM???? I worked for him when he was BM. He was the laziest guy I had ever met. He wouldn't get out of his chair if customers came in and even threatened them if they pissed him off. I witnessed him offer customers outside for a fight on more than one occasion. He took all the credit for his employees hard work too. He is patronising, arrogant and truthfully must have one of the lowest IQ's of any manager I have ever had.
