They should shut that place down. What's the point? Everyone who works there quits. I know most of them have been idiots, but that's not the point. Don't really know the current BM but heard he was a good bloke. Can't understand why anyone would want to go there. I wouldn't do it for £25,000 a month never mind £2,500.

Why has nothing been done to sort this branch out? How much longer can it go on losing so much money? They're probably celebrating the fact they've kept their losses in double digits this month. It was a joke when I started with this company, which was a long time ago, and for the most part has been a joke since. Why have so many ARMs and BMs allowed it to be such a disaster? Surely over the past half a decade, somebody could have got it right and done something decent? I can't think of any other business that would allow a part of itself to continuously be such a drain. It would be closed and the necessary redundancies would be made. I'm a City 2-er and don't know much about what's going on there and why it's so shit. But shit it is. The reason for this post is an MT was looking through the 154 screen and asked why U321 was so bad for so long and why it was still going if it was clearly such a huge loss-making operation. I couldn't tell him.

to all you ignorant twats!! this branch just needed somebody capable to make it op in three months we went from -133/car to 18/car!!! you're all so fucking good in your city branches, try a real branch with tough challenges and thats when you acheive something

Finally someone with knowledge of U321 on here. Nicely said Bruwster. As a fellow MT still working at U321, no on in U3 has got a clue how 21 works including Head Office, Regionals or above. We work our arses off for 11 to 13 hours a day to try and turn that dump around. No one from Head office has a plan to make it work, they just run it like every other branch and it wont ever work like that. Its taken 6 years of losing money to finally make OP 4 times in last 8 months and that is down to the staff who work there each day and it could make money each month if management allowed it to run as a stand alone facility.

We work 11-13 hours a day because we have to. We have mortgages and families to support and despite the fact we never see them, we dont do it for the amusement for you fuckers in the rest of U3. I challenge anyone of you to come and work at 21 for a month and see how difficult it is.

Anyone out there got the bollocks to step up to the challenge? No thought not!

So next time you think of having a crack at 21 from behind your cushy desk an 60 square mile area....just think we cover 1500 square miles with the same staff! So instead of giving us shit, how about you actually give credit where it is actually due!
