I also heard rumours about sacking drivers and car preps. I don't think casual workers are entitled to redundancy - at our branch (and in our area) they barely get any respect - let alone consideration about their jobs... admin drivers may be more protected cos they're closer to the power base...

If you have been with a company for over a year(full time)or 2 years(part time) then you are entitled to redundancy.

Lets not talk about Alan Davies in this thread (driver from 34), anybody who has worked with him knows he is a nice bloke and extremely good at his job. He is also a very proud man who has worked hard all of his life and done jobs that most of the managers in enterprise can only aspire to have a done.

I dont car what anybody says on this forum as I left the company months ago and only come on every blue moon to stick up for those who deserve it!
