I and everyone else knows James doesn't give a shit and contributes nothing to the branches he "manages". That's why he's been BM for nearly a decade. U321s numbers had been good for a while then the previous manager quit. James is still surfing someone else's wave.

sorry mate, but i cant agree with u! i have not worked in any other branch, for him to have the balls to come where no other wanted 2 come and turn around from -133/car to op 18/car. you have to give him some credit

I seriously dont think managers can take the credit for this turn around mate. You know as well as I do, if it wasnt for the MT's there, the place would not make any money - we do majority of deliveries and sell ups and DW sales. Assistamnts and Managers get credit for it but even they know that!


James is ace as a manager to make money but needs to work on some people skills, Andy graham was ace at people but didnt make as much money, but the dude is right, teh tide was already turning at U321....the prvious staff had already busted there arses to start it, James just offered direction....but all credit to him, 3 months of OP on the bounce is a helluva thing to stick on your BM record at U321
