Poor ashley spent months virtually running that branch before anthony came along.Goes for assistant managers roles and constantly gets knocked back.cover so many of andy mistakes up and get thrown to the back of the pile.My advice,get out my friend because if you hang around waiting you'll get screwed everytime and yoyu are worth much more than theese tossers

Any one can spend so much time at a branch, that it looks like they can run it.

However, when it comes to promotion, its not about time served,its about who has done the best at the 4 key areas.

People who sit around complacent, saying it must be my turn should leave the company, because thats not what Enterprise is about.

I know Anthony, he gave up a job that was paying a lot more than the MT wage. He gave Enterprise everything, and deserved to get promoted.

Don't think anyone has said anthony don't deserve his job or is not good at it.It stated that ashley had done a good job before anthony came along then goes for assistants jobs and gets overlooked.i believe the point being made is that ashley is good at his job and doesn't deserve to be overlooked as he would bring alot to other branches.
as i believe it ashley and simon are mates so wouldn't think ashley wrote that about him anyway but i imagine the person who did is just trying to cause conflict between them which let's be honest is sad of them.
