Stop Forking Sacking everyone

This is getting stupid now. Shiraz makes it the 7th person to get sacked in the 3 and a half years since I begin working for enterprise. Thats who I know as well there have probably been more.

Last week a goodfriend of mine down at admin told me of an overheard gonversation between two level 3's. They stated that in their opinion they were not 100% sure about the sacking of theri latest victim. In America it may be ok to sack someone if you think theri is a chance they have wrong doing but not in my country. Sacking someone a week before xmas and then saying that you think it was the right thing to do but your not sure is unacceptable.

I will be informing the person about the conversation and now will deffiantely hand in my notice. I knew some sackings were unjustified in the past hence why enterprise has lost 2 court cases and settled out of court twice. But to actually find out a good friend of mine has been sacked and they were not sure whether it was the right thing to do is unacceptable.

When are people going to learn that sacking someone serously affects peoples lives and puts their childrens upbringing at risk. This is another example of enterprise intimidating and bullying its staff to stop people who are good employees getting into the top positions.

It's taken you 3 & 1/2 years to figure out that ERAC treat their employes like shit?

It is absolutely clear to me that the wrong person has been sacked, he may have had his issues both professional and personally but he was one of the good guys at ERAC who stood up to senior management in defending his staff.

It is interesting that the one person SM did so much for during her career stabs him in the back and plots his sacking together with someone else, I think we all know who that is don't we. The former management team at U425 conspiring to do the deed. Good on you for not only ruining someones career but also putting his 3 children and wife in this position.

One thing that should comfort SM is that what goes around comes around and people that go out of their way to ruin others clearly have nothing good in their own lives to focus on.
