how can you be targeted on insurance sales?? the vast majority of insurance tickets that we write you CANNOT sell on ! i have heard in some branches they "sell on them anyway"... i am not prepared to do this. if CDW is such a great product, how come ERAC at senior level have been unable to "sell" it to our biggest insurance accounts?- perhaps they have realised what a rip-off it is. (before anyone responds- yes i know the target is lower than retail- but it is still way way way too high considering we are not allowed to offer this 'great product' (!!!!) to the majority of our customers.

Its not that hard £1 on revenue report i did it last month and am course this month so far

In which regions have you been told that the offical line is "DO NOT SELL" on RBS and SAGA, only to find that the unoffical line is "sell on them anyway" I wonder what would happen if these two co.'s realised that this was ERAC policy and not just a series of "isolated" incidents!

What a surprise another money making idea from and for the man himself, i can imagine him being the conductor on the bus, wearing a green uniform and charging us again for the trip.
