That guy sounded thicker than a loaf of warburtons.

3)How is your branch/area/dept staffed? if you are just understaffed, you may be in danger (unless points 1 or 2 get you a blind eye turned), if you branch is understaffed to the point of having no staff, again, you will be OK!

*please note- ignore all precedent set by previous Disciplinary's you may have heard about...if working in U4 has taught me anything it is that consistency is NOT in the dictionary..the best guide to action being taken really is points 1,2,3 above.

DISCLAIMER ;- THE AUTHOR ACKNOWLEDGES THAT POINTS 1,2,3 ABOVE ARE THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF U4 GM /CM, TAKEN FROM THEIR OWN GUIDELINES WHEN MAKING THE DECSION TO LAUNCH A WITCH HUNT..OH SORRY.... A DISCIPLINARY ACTION.
now that is some funny (but accurate!) shit!!

Your completely right! The whole U4 group is built on empty promises! (ie lying) The management, right down from GM, CM, AM, BM and even AM's at times will promise their staff the world and deliver nothing! The whole management team is full of ass kissing green robots! The only ones that wern't have left or are about too!

PDF wonders why so many people are getting out of the place? He's promoted a bunch of lying ass kissing gimps, that no one respects or wants to work for!
very accurate!

I can totally understand if you have had 3 accidents ( not very minor damage navigating the minute unlit car park at the branch), but the current policy is rubbish. it is so unfair that it encourages dishonesty, ie- people not admitting to damage- this surley works against everything?
nice one ?.This company would suck the shit out of it's own ass if they could make a profit !!!!!!!!!!!!.
