yeah-tell me about it... on top of earning no comission-you also "owe" the lost money back to the company!!- this has to be paid back before you can start earning any comission!! some managers in U4 are going to be buried for months..if not forever!, oh well its a good job that our basic salary is reasonable. oh shit- its not. time to start job hunting.

Ive heard a rumour that some of the drivers in U4 are on nearly £6 an hour, this surely makes them equall or more than a AM, may be its time to ask the CM for a change in position, he will love to hear that !
