PDF writing off payback+giving guarantees!

word on the street is that PDF is writing off some BM's payback, and giving some BM's guarantees -- as per usual it is being done inconsistently, -when is this moron going to realise that doing this leads EVERYONE to mistrust him/the company??, ok, you might be a BM who has just had payback cut,but you realise that others have not..it doesnt take much intelligence to realise that you too could be in the same position..and who wants to work for a company who do this? eh pete? ..this is why your turnover of staff is so bad.. they will be turning you over soon pete? bit like U5/U7 GM's before you...not long now Pete!! i will be there, waiving the traditional British V sign at you..only the wrong way round!! ...make sure Mrs Defrank is not running up debts over christmas...with your lack of job security it may all end in tears!!!----------how ironic? a victim of your own working culture!!

Heard that U3 are giving all of their area managers etc gaurantees.

Funny how it aint down to the branch managers though.....but looking at their retention figures, is it suprising...........or is it looking after the people at the top and balls to the rest of us.

they are getting the managers given help to promise not to say anything to anyone else !!!..idiots! as if this happens...i wonder if PDF has had his pay back wiped????!!! hope not.

the policy of writing of some peoples pay back, and not other is still going strong...why? what does this bring to the group?
