I think PDF see's what he wants to see. A good, healthy, growing and profitable group, wth content and developing staff, longing for the green dream, and rental fulfillment.

In reality. A shrinking turd of a group, that is going backwards with profits, shitting staff out its back end, and ith 99% of the current young and inexperienced staff wondering what went wrong with their career plans.

Is PDF completely blind. I used to work in U4, and have heard over the last 6 months tat lots, and lots of good people are leaving. What is going on? Does he not realise he has to do something drastic, or will he wait until he is the only one left?
