hey all! Im another insider although nothing to do with erac itself but shall we say I work along side a team. I have to say that 2 of the senior managers are absolutley awful and treat their staff like dirt. The department is seriously under staffed and they will not employ more as they dont want to ruin their budgets so keep themselves looking good for the chiefs. You got it profit profit and the staff themselves are an awesome bunch of people. They put up with too much from these 2 people. Im not gonna go into too much detail about it here as im drafting a letter to the MD of the company detailing serious malpractice within the department!!

Oh yess I can prove it.

As im not directly involved with erac im gonna serve that hardworking team justice and get those 2 dealt with VERY SOON muaHAHAHAH

how the fuck can brice not see. By febuary this year there wilkl have been 3 tribunals against enterprise since pdf took over. U4 has come under forecast for the 4th consecutive year. Its employee retention has gone from a very bad 57% to an embarrasing 42%. Since pdf took over only 2 branch managers remain sp and jw. The number of level 3's leaving is the highest in the company. Action must be taken!!!

Do these spuds from enterprise even read these forums I wonder because they should! Take head spuds you got some very naughty people in control of your departments here.

I cant wait to spread the news `justice has been done` all over these forums everyone! I`m absolutley bursting to do it. I am almost at the end of my draft to the top dog in the good ole USA (God bless america hahaha) They visited recently see and lets just say everything was `hidden` :)
