U4 Going To An Employment Tribunal TWICE!

I agree that you guys shouldn't have to pay for this. Yes people have been treated very unfairly, but that is because of the prejudice of upper management. As someone very closely involved in this, I suggest you seek legal advice.

Look at group overheads since Aug this year - they have gone way up - I would think anyone on commission has already paid the majority of costs associated with PDF et al's fuck ups on AC & MR through costs accruing since Aug at a guess. Will be interesting to see the figures from Feb & March though - all other BMs who are forecasting this week should ask PDF directly and ask how they are supposed to be able to predict OP when him and his merry band of idiots keep upping the break-even with big payouts and court costs!!

Things like this are exactly the reason ERAC 'doesnt recognise Trade Unions' - beacuse they would force them to do things properly!!

When this becomes a national debate.... really how long can JH, & PDF expect to keep their jobs.

I don't think we should pay for this though. Should come out of PDF's wages. seeing as he is the fuck who caused this.

Anyone know how much she's made from this; I read somewhere thats she's given all the money to charity?
