Default u4's inconsistent pay scheme

u4's GM / CM / Business manager are a joke, they give some managers guarantee's and yet they refuse others. it has nothing to do with the size of your branch (ie- how many hours and how hard you work), if they keep doing this they are going to lose even the people who have been loyal despite the low pay and long hours- please listen Pete / Pete / Danny!

how is everyone else doing in u4 with the pay?, i know the managers in my nexk of the woods, but how is everyone doing around the group- sheffield? Hull? Doncaster? Stoke?

So, your OTE for the next 12 months will be £25200 (maximum - given that you're guarantee is for 3 months only.) Do you think you can 'turn it around' in that time? Is this a realistic reward for your efforts...what do they have planned for the 3 month period that is going to ensure that you carry on earning comm? I reckon they only want to keep you over the busy winter period coming up, then when the weather gets better you can leave - after all, the current Assistants will have 3 months more experience and would probably be great, new, enthusiastic BM's! ERAC are going to need their UK staff more than ever with winter around the corner...

You absolute deluded insecure cunt! Do you actually believe all of that 'special star' rubbish that you are fed and the 'put up with it for now and we'll move you to a branch closer to home' story? They are desperate. You need to be flattered after 3 years of having your self confidence dented by long hours and customers, and having turned another job down after listening to the above lies.
Wake up and realise that there are loads of jobs offering more money for less hours. Look at the trainee from U423 who has gone to Lidl's graduate scheme: £27k plus company car plus benefits.
Enterprise. Fuck off and die please!
