| I hate working in U4! Has got to point now where people are being bribed to stay. Obviously no one has time to go to interviews so people are using flex and marketing days to job hunt. I have been given guarantee after I pointed out that I earned less than I did a year ago by about four hundred quid a month. Will be using guarntee time to find work....have got interview next week. Watch this space. |

i am doing this as well!!, went "marketing" on weds, i drove down to birmingham for an interview, when i got back though i had to recall my expolits in the market place to frosty and my half wit arm. frosty even commented later to my arm that i was "pumped", what a dick head, the reason i was "pumped" was beacuse i could see light at the end of this shitty tunnel, but they just lapped up my fictional recollections of 'meetings'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!! please note ;- i know this thread reads like i am a worthless slacker, but erac really have taken the piss with me, i work 60 hours a week and have earnt nothing for months. i wouldnt do this to an employer who treated me like a human being, or even one who treated my like a dog!, but i just cannot handle bein treated like SHIT. |

| You'd better believe it mate, its a fucking hell hole. Tons of decent people are leaving, and more would if they had time to look for somethig else. You could talk for hours about the various failings of the company, its business model etc, but the bottom line, in U4 at least, is that you are not sufficiently rewarded for the work you do. Even if your branch is successfull, the rewards just aren't there. Lets say you OP at £10 quid a car. if every branch did that the company would be laughing. at a branch level, if you op at a tenner, but theres no flip to boost your net, your still going to earn fuck all, fact. you just can't go about working people hard for 60 hours a week with no reward. a, they will get pissed off and perform less well for the company, and b, eventually, when they can find the energy, they will leave. and it's happening, now more than ever. |

| It all started goind down the toilet when Chris Adams & Brian Waligora left for other groups. U4 was a stable ship then and everyone who worked there felt respected and were earning decent money. PDF comes along and it all went up the swanny! I'm glad I left in 2004! |
